This is another great looking HTPC machine. It is extremely similar to the ASRock ION330 Pro, which includes the Atom 330 Dual Core, 320GB Hard drive, 2GB RAM, and of course No Operating system. The big difference with this model is that it include 802.11b/g/n wireless and also includes a media center remote, which you will need if you want to use this as a HTPC. Here is the spec sheet:
